PLEASE NOTE That while I will attempt to keep the latest forms available here YOU must verify that you are using the correct forms.
I would STRONGLY suggest that you do not attempt to view the images on line. The images are
so large that some systems may have problems. I SUGGEST that you use the right mouse button
(e.g. in Netscape) to "Save this Link as..." to a local file.
These forms have are gif images of originals scanned at 300 dpi with resolution enhancement. All
originals were on 8.5"x11" sheets of paper, with the exception of the Flight Declaration Form
(11"x17")
I find that I am able to print out the forms nicely onto 8.5"x11" paper if I:
1) preserve the aspect ratio,
2) set the width of the document as close to the maximum as possible (8.5").
The Flight Declaration Form can be photoexpanded back to 11"x17" with a enlargement ratio of
1.50 - 1.60.
Beside each page number is the approximate file size (100K) and the image size in pixels
(2231,3127)
The "FAI Soaring Awards Procedures" form is being revised and at present I do not have a copy.
I will add it once I get it.
